Overcoming Adversity is the title for a short film that our group made! We named this video overcoming adveristiy as this was the category that was given to us. We had to think about something that we could over come at Polytech, and because the computer systems at Otago Polytechnic are an issue at times we decided this was a good choice. This silent film shows how one persons knowledge is able to help another individual who may have difficulty starting or using a computer. With the assistance from another student was able to see her beaufar and learn from her mistake! We came up with a group idea and then used story boarding to work out the different scenes of each shot taken. Because it was a silent film no scripting was needed.
